The client was looking to increase his property from 2 bed to 3 bed. The layout of the garden was such that it was impractical to extent out the back which led to the conversion of the loft.
TJW Design Services provided design development services working within the client’s brief to develop the loft space and its internal / external appearance . TJW DS were tasked with developing the design and producing the necessary design drawings from the which the client would construct under permitted development.
