South Ockenden Office Extension

This project for Howard Tenens was for the construction of a new office extension to an existing warehouse. Providing the client an office in which on site operations maybe run.

TJW Design Services provided design development services working within the client’s brief to develop an office that both suited the occupants needs as well as the function of the existing warehouse.

The design called for the refurbishment of an existing brick built out house to be overclad, along with a new roof to align with the existing pitch of the warehouse.
