Vestry Road, Sevenoaks

Faircloth was asked to undertake a 26- week project that involved constructing four Class B8 light industrial units at Vestry Road, in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Working with the Client and design team my involvement was to bring about building regulation approval for the design as well as to provide design input and development of the scheme as part of this design and build contract.

Additionally this project was completed to a ‘Very Good’ BREEAM standard and it was my role to provide the necessary on site control, and provide evidence as required, in order to achieve the sign off.
