Leyton Industrial Estate

This project spanning over 2 phases saw Faircloth construct 29 Industrial Units upon a brownfield site in Leyton, North London.

This was a simple building upon a complex site. Planning conditions imposed presented a number of design obstacles that needed to be overcome before any sub structure could be constructed.

TJW Design’s involvement was primarily to assist and provide evidence in conjunction with the client and the structural engineer to sign off these conditions as well as to achieve building regulations approval for the scheme.
