Introducing Tom Wesely

TJW Design has been formed by myself to provide Architectural design and management services to local clients in the North East. Trained at Northumbria I have spent my early career working as a design developer for a large commercial construction company in the South. Whilst also working with local families and clients to provide design drawings and planning services upon their private properties.

Working alongside the clients to realise the potential of their properties we have built a strong portfolio of extensions and conversions. I pride myself on being personable and willing to go the extra mile to provide my clients with an easy experience and will work with you from design to completion.

Tom originally joined us from University with Architectural skills to allow Faircloth Construction to develop our in house design.

Tom has now started his own design consultancy service and we shall continue to use his services

He has a good understanding of our industry from Design Concept, to Design Development, finer detailing, co-ordination of key elements, to final delivery of a Project

He also has a current technical understanding of Planning, Building Regulations and BREEAM

Tom has a passion for our industry that is hard to find and we will continue to work together delivering projects to meet our Clients needs safely, on time and to a good quality
